Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you are on regular medication you will be given a computer slip for repeat prescriptions. This may be brought or posted to the Surgery. If you enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your request we will return it to you. There is a box in the waiting area where repeat prescription requests may be left so that you do not have to queue.

You may also fax your request, but we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone because of the risk of mistakes. Several local dispensing Chemists manage a regular collection service direct to the Surgery so that repeat prescriptions may be dispensed and collected from the Pharmacy without the need for you to return here.
