Surgery Times
OUT-OF-HOURS - WHEN THE SURGERY IS CLOSED
Should you require medical attention at night or at the weekend please call the Surgery (020
8744 0220) where a recorded message will give you the emergency number for NHS
Direct. Alternatively, you can call NHS Direct on 0845 8500379 or online at www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk
NHS Direct Nurses will take full details of your problem and you may then
be:
a) Given advice
b) Asked to go to a nearby centre (usually the NHS Walk-in Centre) to be seen by a Doctor
c) Visited by a Doctor if your medical condition requires it
d) Advised to go directly to Hospital
If
you have a severe emergency then call 999.
